Paperbark Birch : Betula papyrifera

Cool bark that peels back to reveal diverse colors. A medium-sized, deciduous tree. Grows quickly (and although shallow-rooted, do not plant where roots could affect infrastructure).

Tolerates various soil conditions but needs to keep its feet wet and prefers not to be blasted by the sun.
