Bleeding hearts make for rugged souls. These delicate drooping blooms can grow amongst stones and in the shadows. They light up the most with some flecks of the midday sun.
Lacy blue-green leaves ripple below delicate gathered hearts. Grows easily as a ground cover and combines well with other shady characters, like ferns. Hummingbirds visit it; ants disperse it. Can go dormant early if in full sun.
